Cove.Tool has launched a student design competition is very simple, cove.tool is on a mission to create the fastest and most robust and holistic building performance platform on the market. Now they want to see what their users can do without the limitation of deadlines, constructability, and code compliance. Using one of their 3rd party plugins (SketchUp, Rhino/Grasshopper, and Autodesk Revit) we ask participants to bring their projects into the platform and run a single daylight simulation. That’s it. We want imaginative, original, and awe-inspiring daylight maps and automated energy reports.
